- by Dietal & Deital is very good.

- They write several books and what I find refresing about them is
- that they write well AND give a good education with the material -
- unlike the dummy/idiot series thing. They are brief, give good
- examples and right to the point.

- When I read computer books the question I have in my mind
- "what do I type to do what I want and how does it look in a program?".
- These books do that without taking you on a safari first.
